Reporting, Blocking and Appeals
Version 1.0 · Valid from: [DATUM OBJAVE]
Every user can report content or an account with one tap on “Report”.
Procedure
- You choose a reason (personal data, inappropriate, violence, sexual content, fake account, harassment, other) and, if you wish, add an explanation.
- The content is hidden immediately and you receive confirmation that the report has been received.
- A moderator reviews the report – with priority for anything concerning child safety, as a rule within 24 hours.
- We notify you of the decision. The author of the content receives a statement of reasons (Article 8 of the Terms of Use).
- If the report is unfounded, the content is restored.
- Anyone can appeal the decision within 6 months; the appeal is decided by a different moderator within 14 days.
Sanctions
See Article 9 of the Terms of Use. In cases of sexual content, evidence is not deleted but locked and handed over to the competent authorities.
Blocking
A parent can block a scout with one tap. A blocked scout cannot see the child’s profile and cannot send messages. The scout is not notified of the block.
