- Company registration number: [MB] · Tax ID (PIB): [PIB] · Registered in: [APR, broj]
- Email: [kontakt@talenat.org] · Data protection: [privatnost@talenat.org]
- Single point of contact for users and competent authorities: [kontakt@talenat.org], in Serbian and English.
Hereinafter: “Talenat”, “we”.
Article 2. Definitions
- Parent – an adult parent or legal guardian who opens an account and manages the child’s profile.
- Athlete – a child aged 6 to 17 whose profile is managed by a parent. The athlete has no account of their own.
- Scout – an adult who looks for sports talent (a scout, coach, or representative of a club or academy) and who has passed our verification.
- Content – videos, photographs, text and messages that users upload.
- Premium – a paid package with additional features.
Article 3. What Talenat is
Talenat is a platform where parents show their children’s sports videos, and verified scouts search them and contact the parents. Talenat does not mediate in transfers, does not represent athletes and is not a party to agreements between parents and scouts.
Article 4. Accounts
- Only an adult may open an account.
- One email address = one role (parent or scout).
- The parent warrants that they are the child’s parent or legal guardian and that they have the right to give consent on the child’s behalf. If the child has two parents, the parent who opens the account declares that the other parent does not object.
- The data provided at registration must be accurate. You keep your password; the account holder is responsible for all actions taken from the account.
- When the athlete turns 18, the profile is hidden and the parent receives a notification. If nothing is done within 90 days, the profile and videos are deleted. [Prenos profila na punoletnog sportistu – funkcija u pripremi.]
Article 5. Scouts
- A scout account is approved only after verification of identity and sporting affiliation (club, academy, federation, licence or similar proof).
- A scout may use data from the platform exclusively to assess sporting talent and to contact the parent.
- A scout is prohibited from: contacting the child directly in any way; asking for the child’s personal data; arranging a meeting without the parent; downloading, screen-recording, sharing or publishing videos outside the platform; asking the parent for money for a trial or a “contract”.
- Breach of these rules results in permanent removal and revocation of verification and, where necessary, a report to the competent authorities.
Article 6. Your content and licence
- The parent retains all rights to the videos and photographs they upload.
- By uploading content, the parent grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to the duration of the account, to store the content, adapt it (reduce quality, add a watermark) and display it to logged-in users in accordance with the visibility settings.
- We do not sell content, we do not use it for advertising or for training artificial intelligence.
- The licence ends when the content or account is deleted, except for evidence that we are required by law to retain (Article 9).
- The parent warrants that the content does not infringe the rights of third parties (e.g. copyrighted music in the background).
Article 7. Video rules
- A video is uploaded from the gallery of a phone or computer. The system automatically reduces it to a maximum of 720p and adds a watermark.
- The parent accepts the video rules once, at the first upload, and again only when the rules change.
- Adding personal data afterwards is prohibited to a video or description – by means of an editor, captions, subtitles or text over the image: first and last name, phone number, email, home address, social media usernames or other contact details.
- Permitted is whatever is a natural part of a sports video: a jersey with a surname and number, a club crest, the name of a city, stadium or hall, advertisements on the pitch, a parent’s voice saying the child’s name.
- Any content that is not sports-related is prohibited, as is content covered by the Code of Conduct.
Article 8. Moderation
- One-tap reporting. Every user can report a video, profile, comment or message. Reported content is hidden immediately until a moderator reviews it.
- A new parent’s first video may be reviewed by a moderator before publication. We decide this in line with a risk assessment.
- Automated checks. In the future we may introduce automated checking of videos. We will inform users and update these terms before it is switched on. The final decision on permanent sanctions is always made by a human.
- Statement of reasons. When we remove content or restrict an account, we send a statement of reasons: what was done, why (which fact and which rule), whether the decision was made automatically and how you can appeal.
- Appeal. You can appeal any decision within 6 months, through the account settings or at [kontakt@talenat.org]. The appeal is reviewed by a moderator who did not make the original decision, within 14 days at the latest. In addition, you always have the right to judicial protection.
- False reports. Anyone who knowingly submits unfounded reports repeatedly may receive a warning, followed by a restriction on reporting.
Article 9. Sanctions
| Violation | Consequence |
|---|---|
| Personal data added to a video or description | The video is removed, uploading blocked for 30 days |
| Repeated adding of personal data | Block for 90 days or permanent removal |
| Violence, insults, harassment, inappropriate content | Permanent removal of the account |
| Sexual content or any sexualisation of a child | Permanent removal; evidence is locked and retained; we report the case to the Posebno tužilaštvo za visokotehnološki kriminal (Special Prosecutor’s Office for High-Tech Crime) and other competent authorities |
| A scout contacts a child or asks for a meeting without the parent | Permanent removal and revocation of verification |
| Impersonation (not a parent, fake scout) | Permanent removal |

- Complaints: [kontakt@talenat.org]. We reply within 8 days.
Article 11. Limitation of liability
- Talenat is an intermediary and is not liable for user content until it becomes aware of its illegality. Once aware, we act without delay.
- We are not liable for the outcome of contact between a parent and a scout, for short interruptions of service due to maintenance, or for interruptions caused by third parties.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for damage to life and health, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
Article 12. Termination of use and deletion
- You can delete your account at any time, in the settings, without explanation.
- Deleting the account deletes the child’s profile, photographs and videos (details on time limits in the Privacy Policy).
- We may close an account in the cases referred to in Article 9, with a statement of reasons and the right to appeal.
Article 13. Changes to the terms
We give at least 15 days’ notice of changes, by email and in the application. The new version applies only once you accept it; if you do not accept it, you can delete your account and receive a proportionate refund for unused Premium. Urgent changes required by law or for child safety may apply immediately.
Article 14. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
- If you are a consumer from another country, you retain the protection afforded to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
- We try to resolve disputes by agreement. A consumer may also initiate out-of-court consumer dispute resolution before a body on the list of the ministry responsible for consumer protection. The court with subject-matter jurisdiction in [GRAD] has jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
