How to activate Premium
There is no payment on the site yet, so there is nothing to buy. For now an admin switches Premium on by hand. We will publish how to request it as soon as the contact channel is active. Until then, do not send anyone money or personal data in the name of Talenat.
Scout Premium does not replace verification: only a scout whose account is also verified can message a parent.
Questions about pricing
Is Premium a confirmation of a child’s quality?
No. Athlete Premium gives more visibility and more videos, not a rating of ability. Scout Premium is a separate plan and does not replace scout verification.
What videos can I add?
Each video can be at most 60 seconds long. A Free profile has up to 10 videos, Premium up to 50. You choose videos from your phone or computer gallery, several at once if you like; sending starts by itself. There is no recording inside the app.
How is Premium switched on?
At this stage an admin switches Premium on by hand. There is no payment on the site yet.
Who can message a parent?
Only a scout whose account an admin has verified and who has Scout Premium. A message always goes to the parent, never to the child.
