A parent or guardian creates the profile. The child has no account of their own.

First name or nickname, birth year, sport, position, region and country, playing details and published videos. We never show the surname, school, exact club, exact date of birth or parent contact details.

You can hide a profile whenever you want. A parent also has the right to delete all data; that option will be in the account settings.

Only a scout whose account an admin has verified and who has Scout Premium. A message always goes to the parent, never to the child.

An admin has reviewed the scout’s account details. It is not a guarantee of behaviour, which is why a parent can block and report any scout.

Each video can be at most 60 seconds long. A Free profile has up to 10 videos, Premium up to 50. You choose videos from your phone or computer gallery, several at once if you like; sending starts by itself. There is no recording inside the app.

As soon as it is prepared, usually within a few minutes. Only verified scouts see it, never guests. We check a new account's first video for safety first, usually within 24h. An automatic check may hide a video, and a reported video is hidden at once until an admin decides.

Up to 720p with a 480p fallback, so they load on slower connections too.

Every profile, video and message has a “Report” button. Reported content is hidden at once until the admin team decides.

Yes. A parent can block and report any scout; a blocked scout cannot start a new conversation.

At this stage an admin switches Premium on by hand. There is no payment on the site yet.

No. Athlete Premium gives more visibility and more videos, not a rating of ability. Scout Premium is a separate plan and does not replace scout verification.
