Disclaimer

Welcome to Talenat. Before you continue, please read and accept the following:

1. Talenat is an intermediary. The platform enables parents to show their children’s sports videos to registered scouts. We do not guarantee a trial invitation, a contract, enrolment in a club or any sporting success.
2. Responsibility for content. The parent or guardian who uploaded a video or any information is responsible for it.
3. Scouts are not manually checked. Every scout confirms their email address and names a club or organisation with a link, and new scouts are labelled and restricted for their first 30 days. The parent always decides whether and how to respond to a scout.
4. No contact with the child. Scouts communicate exclusively with the parent, through the platform. No scout has the right to contact the child directly.
5. Report anything suspicious. The “Report” button is available next to every video, profile and message. Reported content is removed from view immediately until it has been reviewed.
6. Nothing here excludes our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or the rights you have by law as a consumer.
